The Universe we live in is so fast paced now; all we seem to do is rush to eat, rush to sleep, rush when we wake, and then rush and hurry off to work. We just don’t seem to take the time to care about our physical well being or even sometimes take a minute to take a good look at ourselves in the mirror. It has been said that the face is the index of the mind, but somehow we fail to connect the fact that our ageing and dull faces are just another sign that our minds are just plain exhausted.
